　　比如在此次重點(diǎn)中學(xué)面試中，我覺得比較要強(qiáng)調(diào)的應(yīng)該還是學(xué)習(xí)和成績方面的東西。在說的時(shí)候，成績是可以隨意帶過的，說清楚在何時(shí)何地得到過什么獎項(xiàng)就可以，其中面試官更想聽到的是你如何取得這些成績，中間受到的激勵和挫折及它們對你的影響，這些東西才是更重要的。

　　重點(diǎn)中學(xué)選拔的不一定是現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)好的同學(xué)，但一定是以后能夠?qū)W習(xí)好的同學(xué)，你以后為什么能學(xué)習(xí)好，就是通過這些來展現(xiàn)，磨練，刻苦，堅(jiān)持，踏實(shí)。學(xué)?？粗械氖悄闫焚|(zhì)，當(dāng)然品質(zhì)要通過一定的成績體現(xiàn)出來，你要做的就是把隱藏在成績后面的品質(zhì)自我挖掘出來。

　　保持一個冷靜的心態(tài)，不會隨波逐流，一直保持向上的進(jìn)取之心。

　　回答這個問題的時(shí)候，我想強(qiáng)調(diào)的是，首先，優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)要明確，這個不要像官僚主義一 樣，讓你說自己缺點(diǎn)，你說一些什么，自己做事太認(rèn)真之類的更像是優(yōu)點(diǎn)的東西。缺點(diǎn)就是缺點(diǎn)，優(yōu)點(diǎn)就是優(yōu)點(diǎn)，面試官想認(rèn)識你，而不是認(rèn)識虛偽的你。缺點(diǎn)是什 么不重要，重要的是你能不能正確看待。

　　其次，優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)一定要有一定的高度，不要說一些瑣碎的事情，亂丟東西之類的東西就不要說了。優(yōu)點(diǎn)突出的是你的品質(zhì)，缺點(diǎn)突出的是改正之后對你品質(zhì)有幫助的。

　　最后，羅列不要太多，每一個3條最合適，最多不要超過四條，否則就是沒有重點(diǎn)的羅列，說得太多等于沒說。

　　3、你班上有沒有比你優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)，你怎么看待他們，你和他們關(guān)系處理得好嗎?(一般是中文)

　　這點(diǎn)實(shí)際上是考察同學(xué)的一個對待高于自己和低于自己的同學(xué)的一個心態(tài)，是積極的還是消極的。

　　首先回答的主旋律應(yīng)該是謙虛的，當(dāng)然實(shí)事求是最好。重點(diǎn)是在你對他們優(yōu)秀之處的一個闡述，和前面一樣，必須是品質(zhì)性的東西，不要瑣碎。

　　后面問的是你和他們的相處，其實(shí)重點(diǎn)是你和他們相處的時(shí)候，你有沒有隨時(shí)隨地在學(xué)習(xí)這些優(yōu)秀的但是你自己可能不具備的品質(zhì)。

　　這個地方我想強(qiáng)調(diào)一下，什么樣的人方面要加強(qiáng)內(nèi)容的豐富。我對學(xué)生的建議是可以結(jié)合父母職業(yè)的不同簡單分析性格特點(diǎn)，對小孩的教育模式特點(diǎn)，民主性，放任性，管教性，還是溺愛性的教育

　　還有一個地方可以涉及到的就是父母的成長與成功經(jīng)歷，可以簡單描述，因?yàn)楫?dāng)一個小孩對自己父母的經(jīng)歷有些須的了解之后，其實(shí)是可以增加小孩對父母的感情的，進(jìn)而增加對父母的理解，是會減少小孩和父母的對立情緒的。

　　在影響方面，可以通過事例說明，可以是生活上的照顧，學(xué)習(xí)上的幫助，更重要的是精神上的教育，品德上的言傳身教每一點(diǎn)有涉及到一些，其實(shí)內(nèi)容就很豐富了。

　　5、父母的問題：你認(rèn)為你的小孩是一個什么樣的個性?

　　(一般是中文答就可以，去年有的家長用英文回答應(yīng)該也可以，顯得有很好的語言環(huán)境嘛)

　　和學(xué)生類似，父母被問同樣的問題的時(shí)候：一是測試父母對小孩的關(guān)系程度;二是試探家長對小孩的教育模式;三是更進(jìn)一步了解到學(xué)生的全面性格。

　　這里家長要注意幾個問題：首先，以褒為主，以貶為輔。贊美要大膽，不要覺得自賣自夸不好意思。父母對孩子的愛護(hù)是世界上最無私的奉獻(xiàn)。父母給的力量一個小孩一輩子都引以為豪的財(cái)富。父母放棄的時(shí)候，也就是小孩放棄的時(shí)候，永遠(yuǎn)不要在小孩之前放棄。
